Latest Doggie News

We are proud of our accomplishments for the past 5 months!

SPAYED: 45 dogs, 3 cats.

NEUTERED: 6 dogs, 2 cats.

RABIES SHOTS: 56+

In addition a number of emergencies have been handled, including a cow at the Temple for a horn that had grown into it's head! a dog with 2 broken legs and motorbike accidents. Many mange treatments were done for dogs, and deworming meds given to dozens of puppies.

True, it's difficult to get to the whole street dog population, BUT each one we fix saves a potential 125 puppies by the 3ed generation (1 and 1/2 years) - 1 dog has 5; 5 each have 5; the 25 each have 5 = 125!

It is also saving many of them from horrifying, painful deaths, and the local communities can take better care of the fewer dogs.

We always appreciate your donations, small or large, to help us continue helping these forgotten doggies. Donations may be sent to:

A Laptop for our Island School

Thank you to 'Computer Recycling' from Santa Rosa, California for their generous donation of two Dell Laptop Computers. One has been given by Amanda to Bon Soon School where our grade 5 & 6 students willl share and learn more about computers and English. Currently there are 30 students, 5 of them will now benefit from this generous gift. The students will be able to take the laptop home on the weekend and practise with assigned tasks from their teachers.
